Centova Cast v2.x - Installation Service
Installation service for Centova Cast includes a single installation of Centova Cast on a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4/5, CentOS 4/5, Fedora Core 5/6/7/8, or Debian Linux server, performed by a qualified and experienced Centova Cast technician.

Our technician will:
  • install Centova Cast on your server
  • install your ShoutCast DNAS or IceCast streaming server
  • install the ices-cc autoDJ software
  • set up a test stream and verify that it is working correctly
  • (optionally) configure FTP integration to allow your clients to upload their media via FTP
  • notify you of any deficiencies in your server configuration that you may need to resolve to meet Centova Cast's minimum requirements (details)
  • perform a comprehensive set of tests to ensure that Centova Cast is working correctly, and provide a test report

Requirements
  • Server must meet our published minimum system requirements for Centova Cast, and all software specified in the requirements must already be installed, functional, and configured correctly per the system requirements (with the exception of the ShoutCast or IceCast server software and ices-cc source software, which we will gladly install for you).
  • SSH access to the server (as root) is required.
  • Server must be operational and in good working order (eg: no configuration, firewall, or other problems) for the installation to be performed.
  • If you are also using DirectAdmin on your server, your server needs at least one free IP address (not used by DirectAdmin) for FTP integration
  • RESOLVING APACHE/PHP CONFIGURATION PROBLEMS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT. Please check the system requirements before ordering.

Includes cost of labor only; Centova Cast license must be purchased separately. Installations are typically scheduled for the following business day (Mon-Fri) after your installation ticket is received, and will be performed during our posted business hours.

Guarantee

Per our refund policy, in the event that we are unable to install Centova Cast on your system, and provided that your system meets the above requirements, we will refund your installation fee in full; and provided that you have ordered a re-issuable license key, we will also refund your full license fee as well.

Centova Cast v3.x - Installation Service (UNIX)
Installation service for Centova Cast includes a single installation of Centova Cast on a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4/5, CentOS 4/5, or Debian Linux server, performed by a qualified and experienced Centova Cast technician.

Centova Cast - FTP Integration Service
FTP integration service for Centova Cast includes integration of a single installation of Centova Cast with any FTP server software supported by Centova Cast, performed by a qualified and experienced Centova Cast technician.

Requirements:
  • Centova Cast must already be installed and in good working order.
  • FTP server software must already be installed and in good working order.
  • SSH access to the server is required (as root).
  • Server must meet our published minimum system requirements for Centova Cast.
  • Server must be operational and in good working order (eg: no configuration, firewall, or other problems) for the integration to be performed.
  • If you are also using DirectAdmin on your server, your server needs at least one free IP address (not used by DirectAdmin)
Includes cost of labor only; Centova Cast license must be purchased and installed separately. FTP integrations are typically scheduled for the following business day (Mon-Fri) after your installation ticket is received, and will be performed during our posted business hours.

* Note that FTP integration service is only required if your existing FTP integration has been broken, or if it could not be set up when Centova Cast was originally installed. During the initial Centova Cast installation, FTP integration will be configured (if possible) at no extra charge.

Centova Cast - Migration Service
Migration service for Centova Cast includes the installation of Centova Cast on a new server (per the installation service terms/guarantee above, including the installation of ShoutCast or IceCast, and ices-cc) plus the migration of your Centova Cast accounts from an old Centova Cast server to the new one.

Please note that there are some considerations involved in a migration of which you should be aware:
  • All of your streams will of course be interrupted during the migration, and the IP addresses for your streams will of course change.
  • Migrations can only be performed between identical versions of Centova Cast. For example if your old server is running Centova Cast v2.1.5, we must either install v2.1.5 on your new server, or upgrade your old server to the latest version prior to the migration (please refer to our separate upgrade service) .
  • We can migrate your custom themes, templates, and translations upon request, however you MUST INFORM US of this requirement prior to the commencement of the migration.
  • Client is responsible for migration of any custom scripts, code, or other third-party add-ons, such as scripts utilizing Centova Cast's XML API or event API (including billing systems).
  • Migration service includes the transfer of all of your clients' Centova Cast accounts, settings, logs, statistics, and autoDJ media to the new server; essentially, everything pertaining to the clients' accounts within Centova Cast.
The requirements and timeframes for a migration are identical to those for an installation, and apply to both the old and new servers.

Centova Cast - Upgrade Service (v2 to v3)
Upgrade service for Centova Cast. Includes a single upgrade from Centova Cast v2.2.7 to the latest version on a single Debian, Fedora, CentOS, or Red Hat Linux server, performed by a qualified and experienced Centova Cast technician.

Please note that there are some considerations involved in a v2-to-v3 upgrade of which you should be aware:
  • Centova Cast v3 is essentially a new product, so the upgrade is more of a migration than a traditional upgrade.
  • All of your streams will be interrupted during the migration
  • We can migrate your custom themes, templates, and translations upon request, however you MUST INFORM US of this requirement prior to the commencement of the migration.
  • Client is responsible for migration of any custom scripts, code, or other third-party add-ons, such as scripts utilizing Centova Cast's XML API or event API (including billing systems).
  • Upgrade service includes the transfer of all of your clients' Centova Cast accounts, settings, logs, statistics, and autoDJ media to Centova Cast v3; essentially, everything pertaining to the clients' accounts within Centova Cast.

  • Existing Centova Cast installation must be operational and in good working order for the upgrade service to be performed (if your Centova Cast installation is damaged, we typically cannot repair it as part of an upgrade)
Includes cost of labor for upgrade service only; account must be in good standing and license must be eligible for upgrade to the latest release.
